For the weary heart, your new beginning

So long, winter. Hello, spring!

What the Lord planted in the garden of your heart last autumn has taken root, awoken and is coming forth. Breaking the surface with fresh green.

I know it’s been a hard season. I know you’ve fallen asleep with a damp pillowcase. You’ve clung to promises from the Lord even when you couldn’t imagine them being fulfilled. You’ve struggled to put your feelings into words. And yet you endured. You’re longing for this spring as a new beginning. And I pray that it is.

This also means learning to give myself grace to be okay with building a business slowly in the season I am currently in with my little ones.
